525 Water 

A 108-unit, five-story condo project is going up alongside the new St. Augustine’s church on the SW Waterfront from developer PN Hoffman. The development will have a green roof and several units will have private terraces looking out at the water. There will be 93 total parking spaces for the residents and church. This project is just one of many comprising a massive redevelopment of the SW Waterfront neighborhood.


Columbia Place

Fourteen two-bedroom, 1,283-square foot condos and eight single-family townhomes at the corner of Walter Reed Drive and 11th Street S. in Arlington. The condo portion of the building rises five stories, while the townhomes are each four stories tall with rooftop terraces. Ground floor retail will activate the street level.



Potomac Yard

Potomac Yard is a new mixed-use community on a 167-acre portion of Potomac Yard in the City of Alexandria, nestled along Route 1 just north of Old Town. When completed the project is expected to include 1.8 million sq. ft. of office 325,000 sq. ft. of retail 1,683 residential units (mix of townhomes, condos & apartments) and 300 hotel rooms. The development already features the city’s newest and largest park. The unparalleled stretch of urban land will feature 1 mile of amenities including gardens, jogging paths, picnic areas, fitness trails, basketball, tennis courts, dog park and playgrounds.



Chelsea Heights

Located between the Woodside neighborhood and the central business & entertainment district of downtown Silver Spring, EYA presents 63 new townhomes with rooftop terraces and garage parking. These new homes are steps to Silver Spring Metro station and feature luxury finishes and LEED certification.



526 Lamont

Each of 526 Lamont’s six homes features four floors and rooftop deck with three bedrooms, and a bathroom on every level.  Located in the desirable Park View neighborhood of NW DC.



Lawrence House

A brand new boutique condo in the U Street Corridor from developer Madison Investments. Lawrence House features 30 one- and two-bedroom homes, including two large penthouses with dens and private roof decks. Amenities will include a communal roof deck with a pergola, outdoor grill and kitchen and a private courtyard.




Mr. Wash, adjacent the Jerry Chan’s Carry-Out and a garage at 1309-1313 13th St. NW, will make way for a six-story, 67-unit condo development. The Holladay Corporation is the developer on the project, which was also designed by Eric Colbert. Amenities include private parking and bicycle parking spaces.



Wardman Tower

Thirty-two luxury units in Woodley Park at the Wardman Tower, the iconic residential building at the corner of Connecticut Avenue and Woodley Road NW that was constructed by Harry Wardman in the early 1930s. The building has been renovated by a development team of the JBG Companies, a U.S. branch of Japanese builder Sekisui House, and architect Deborah Berke Partners over the past few years. Amenities include a 2,000-square-foot fitness center and yoga studio, a resident library and lounge area with a private garden, at least two parking spaces per residence, and a 24-hour concierge.



1115 H Street

A 16-unit condo project from Wall Development in the works for 1115 H Street NE.




A twenty-story, two-building residential complex planned for Crystal City. The apartment and condominium project from developer LCOR will take the place of a vacant office building known as the “Paper Clip” building. The development, which will rise in two towers above a shared three-story base, will have one parking space per unit. The building, designed by SK&I Design Group, would help serve as a bridge between Crystal and Pentagon Cities.  Expected delivery in Fall 2016.



Arc 3409

The AKA Virginia Square extended stay hotel has converted into an 85-unit condo project from The Goldstar Group. Located along the Orange Line Corridor right on Wilson Blvd right in between Clarendon and Ballston.



Cheval Bethesda

This 17-story, 71-unit condo development from Starr Capital also includes 100 parking spaces over four stories with ground floor retail. Units will vary in size from 900 to 2,800 square feet, and many will have floor-to-ceiling windows. Located on Woodmont Ave right in the heart of downtown Bethesda.
